International  Adoption

International adoption is the adoption of a child from another country. It is the process, which results in you bringing your child or children home to your loving family. Thousands of parents choose to pursue an international adoption for a wide variety of reasons.

Adoption Options, Inc. completes home studies for parents who want to adopt internationally. We work with reputable placement agencies throughout the country.

Here are the First Steps:

 1.  Get information ~ Having done your research, you will be able to choose an  agency for your adoption and home study.

 2.  Choose an agency ~ And begin the process of completing your home study.

 3.   File your I-600A Form ~ Otherwise known as an Application for Advance Processing of Orphan Visa Petition. You can order this form online from USCIS (United States Citizenship and Immigration Services) or you can download it from the USCIS website http://uscis.gov/graphics/

 4.  Begin work on your dossier ~ This is a compilation of documents about you that is required by the country from which you are adopting. Your adoption agency will assist you with this process.

Our staff will make every effort to remain current on the latest developments in international adoption. We are here to provide support and suggestions of international agencies and available countries.
